Guided Rides
Looking for some route inspiration? Seeking advice about handling skills, cornering or your position on the bike. A guided ride is a great way to learn the best roads and café stops in and around South West London.
What’s included:
- Friendly and informative in-person coaching throughout the ride.
- .GPX file of the route so that you can follow along and repeat when you want!
- Up to 3hours riding time!

Yes, whenever you want to change your plan. You can unsubscribe from your current one and swap to the plan that suits you best.

Yes! If you have booked a guided ride with me, feel free to invite your friends.
Payment each month as it is a rolling contract. This gives you the flexibility to change plans / have time off when you need.
I will happily offer advice about the kinds of foods to eat and when to do so to make sure that you can fuel correctly for your sessions and races. With my background in lightweight rowing, I understand the potential consequences about getting too focused on diet and try to enable all my athletes to fuel well with the right mentality behind it.
